1 cup cashews, soaked for 30 mins
1 can coconut cream
2 cups filtered water
1 tsp vanilla
1/2-1 tsp nutmeg (1 tsp if you use fresh - fresh is sooo much better)
Blend until smooth and super creamy, pour into glasses and dust with cinnamon.
This recipe should comfortably make 5-6 small servings. Since it isn't low fat, all you need is half a tumbler full!
