I have been following Rawfully Wholesome for a couple of years now, Rebecca's positive approach to raw food and nutrition is inspiring. I love her daily updates, the recipes are delicious and simple to make. Rawfully Wholesome is like having your very own personal nutritionist.

After my husband developed severe lactose Intolerance 3 years ago I have had to look into alternative ways of cooking things. Everything I was using as substitutes for dairy didn't taste that good and had even more fat or sugar to compensate for the taste. I started following various cooking pages to get recipe ideas with only one page that I was anticipating the next recipe post. Raw fully wholesome's Facebook page was an awakening for me. After finally making myself go outside my comfort zone I had discovered a whole different type of "cooking". The recipes posted by raw fully wholesome are not only good for you but tastier than any of the recipes I had previously made when trying to eliminate dairy. My husband who is extremely picky with what he eats loves the vegan recipes I get from this page! I have never looked back to my old way I cooking since rawfully wholesome has showed me how to cook healthy and tasty!

Rebecca has been a huge inspiration to myself, my family and our diets. When I first went vegan I never even considered raw foods. I thought it would be nothing more than salad day in day out. How wrong I was! Bec and Rawfully Wholesome have opened my eyes to a world of delicious and guilt free food I never knew existed. Every recipe is better than the one before and I'm constantly getting complimented when I make these dishes for friends. Clearer skin, shinier hair and a slimmer waistline are just added bonuses that have come along since increasing my raw food intake as well.
