Cacao Chickpea Balls
2 cups cooked chickpeas (if using canned, drain and rinse)
1 cup raw cashews
3 tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1. In a food processor, add cashews and break down into a crumble
2. Add chickpeas, dates, maple, vanilla and cacao and process to combine, wiping down sides as needed.
3. Roll into balls, and then roll into a bowl filled with quinoa flakes
