My name is Rebecca and I am an Australian currently living on the Gold Coast with my husband, Jonathan, and our beautiful daughters, Caprice and Haven. We all thrive on a whole food vegan lifestyle, focusing a lot on raw foods in the warmer months, and both my girls have been vegan since conception. Thrive is the key word here. Never have i ever felt as good, healthy and energized, as I have since going vegan, with the emphasis on whole foods (because let's face it, vegan doesn't always = healthy).
We have a strong moral and ethical conviction to being vegan, because we can simply feel the difference when we ate whole plant foods, over animal products and processed foods; we made the connection between animals and food, and could no longer vote for cruelty with our dollar; and we care so much about our environment and want to do all that we can, to leave a lighter footprint.

I'm also a passionate advocate for natural holistic living, homebirthing and empowering women to be their own advocate. As women, we are usually the gatekeepers of our home. At the end of the day, whatever the decisions we choose for ourselves, and our family (children), we must be willing to take full responsibility for the outcome. Whether that be with their decisions that need to be made in regards to their health, their family's health or their birth.
I am a truth seeker. I refuse to just believe what someone, or worse, an article on the internet, says at face value. I need to dig deep and come to my own conclusions or realisation. For EVERYTHING. I have to be willing to take full responsibility and accept the outcome of a situation, due to my choices. For that reason, I choose VERY wisely, when it comes to not only the food that we eat, but the products I bring into my home, and the people I allow into my inner circle. This may sound harsh, but I refuse to allow toxicity - in any form - near me, if it's within my control to keep it away.
Firstly, I do not use products in our home that contain toxins. Secondly, I do not vaccinate or use medication of any form. My children have never ever been medicated, or been to a doctor. Of course, if it came to a situation where I felt something was needing medical attention, I would do what I felt to be right in my gut, but I will always use natural and alternative healing techniques, first and foremost. We focus on prevention in our home, because prevention in ALWAYS better than a cure. When you focus on prevention, and supporting your body holistically, to function the way it was designed to, you won't get to a point where you need a cure for something.
And when it comes to birth, I love to empower women with the mental and emotional strength to take control of their births and trust that their bodies were built to birth babies. Both my children were born at home, peacefully, in the water, and I have never felt more empowered in my life. I want to advocate for other women, so that they feel empowered to take back their rights to birth the way that they please, and hopefully for many, that means in the safety of their own home.
My mission is to educate people on making a positive change in a person's lifestyle - and in turn seeing those changes reflect a happier, wholesome self inside and out, by implementing more fruits and vegetables and the removal of processed food, toxins in their home, andmaking decisions for their families, based on fear.
I am excited to share with you all, the magnificence that is - RAWfully WHOLEsome! I want to shake up common stigmas, and help you to start thinking outside the box. I want to encourage and inspire you to really research EVERYTHING for yourself, so that you make informed choices that you are confident about - for ALL areas of your life!
